Design in a foreign language learning process

What could design be useful for in a foreign language learning process? I can think of many ideas, the first, to make contact with the learner and create a bond that allows them to get involved, connect with their learning purpose and motivation.

We know we all count on multiple intlligences, but few of us know which are the ones we have developed the most; then the second step of design is to discover them together so as to put them at our service.

Design is ideal in the first meetings to browse the resources the participant counts on, their background, the way they process information. Above all,  what their interests are so as to outline a curricula that will enable them to train in class and on their own.

All in all, design is the one that provides us with a network to plan goal oriented strategies and monitoring.
